As we passed under the trees of the garden in the dark, I could hear the dewdrops falling on the branches. Now the grass of every plot, every tree and every flower blooming in the dark smelled differently. Then there would be a river or canal flowing through the mango trees. At the end of the hot night, the company used to cool off quietly in the garden. Coming to the canal, women would take off their abayas and bathe in the city along with their clothes. I, too, would have jumped into the canal. The water of the canal used to come up to the shoulders of the women. In the dull darkness of the early morning, Shabana’s wet face and wet hair looked like a dream to me. I never thought about her body. His body did not exist for me.
The novel’s plot is interesting and holds the reader’s attention throughout. After reading, leaves a strong impression on readers. This book is perfect for you if you enjoy romantic novels. Sometimes she seemed to me like a spirit from the dark jungles of Lanka and Bengal and sometimes like a girl from the band of Banat al-Nash in the sky. Who sings a painful song while walking in front of the dead body of the most beautiful princess. I was fifteen or sixteen years old, but my love was only six or seven years old. My love stopped at that age. Today I have reached such an age, but the age of my love has not advanced even one day, one hour and one second. What more luck would I have than that?
