Duas for Each Ashra (10 days) of Ramadan
Ramzan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is also called Ramadan and is considered the holiest month for Muslims all over the world. Here in this post, there are a few Ramadan dua that you can recite during Ramzan and earn great rewards.
During Ramzan, Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset, avoiding eating or drinking, and smoking. Fasting consists of Suhoor and Iftar. Suhoor is the meal before the fast begins, it is taken before the Fajr prayer. While Iftar is the meal after sunset to break the fast, it is taken after the Maghrib prayer. It is recommended to engage more in prayers and Quran recitation during this month.
Islam has five pillars, one of which is fasting during the holy month of Ramadan. It is mandatory for Muslims, except those who are sick, pregnant, nursing, traveling, or menstruating. But they have to complete their fasting when they feel well. The fasting is considered as a way of purifying the soul, developing self-control, and relating with those who are less wealthy. In addition to fasting, Muslims also strive to engage in acts of charity, such as giving to the poor and feeding the hungry. This is known as Zakat al-Fitr, and it is intended to help those in need and foster a sense of community and compassion.
At the end of Ramzan, there is Eid al-Fitr, a joyful feast. Muslims gathered for Eid prayer, ate joyful feasts, exchanged gifts, and performed acts of charity and goodwill.

Ramadan Regular Practices
During the month of Ramzan, Muslims engage in various practices to observe and honor the holy month. Here are some common practices:
1. Fasting
Muslims abstain from food, drink, smoking, and other physical needs from dawn until sunset. This act of fasting is seen as a way to purify the soul, practice self-discipline, and empathize with those who are less fortunate.
2. Prayer
Muslims increase their prayers during Ramzan, seeking spiritual connection and guidance. They perform the five daily prayers as usual, but many also participate in additional voluntary prayers, such as Taraweeh, which are offered after the evening prayer.
3. Recitation of the Quran
Muslims strive to read and recite the Quran more frequently during Ramzan. Some individuals aim to complete the entire Quran by reciting specific portions each day.
4. Charity
Ramadan emphasizes the importance of giving and helping those in need. Muslims are encouraged to engage in acts of charity, such as donating money, providing food to the poor, and supporting charitable organizations. Zakat, a form of obligatory charity, is also often given during this month.
5. Making Duas
6. Social Engagement
Ramadan encourages a sense of community and togetherness. Muslim families typically gather for iftar with family, friends, and members of the community. Mosques organize communal iftar meals to bring people together. There are iftar offered on the roadside and by rich people who make charity through this act.
7. Night of Power (Laylat al-Qadr)
One of the nights during the last ten days of Ramadan holds special significance and blessings. It is called Laylat al-Qadr. It is 21, 23, 25, 27 and 29 night of Ramzan. Muslims spend these nights in prayers, making prayers and azkar, and seeking forgiveness.
